The little gumpaste sailor is riding atop a three tier sea themed cake.  The top tier is wrapped in ombre fondant waves.  The middle tier is iced in buttercream with gumpaste fish and kelp.  The bottom tier has fondant stripes and rope with a sugar plaque for the inscription.
