The theme for this episode of  My Fair Wedding was Asian Fusion.  Their heritage was both Indian and Chinese.  David did a fabulous job, and let us design the cake.  The bride really wanted to ride in on an elephant, so we sculpted elephants to hold up the top of the cake.  The cakes were all gently shaped to flow together.
